“ Went to see the Jurassic World exhibit and after a long drive from Boulder my hunger was through the roof. When I arrived I had some extra time and was pleasantly surprised to find a food truck. I walked up and immediately noticed the wood fire oven and a menu of delicious sounding pizza. I was greeted warmly by a wonderful guy who made some great suggestions on pizza. Not only could you chose your own toppings but the menu was stacked with delicious sounding pizza. I started to examine the menu and the great guy in the truck told me some of the most delicious and fan favorites. I rolled with one of his suggestions. To my surprise he started working the dough and told me it would be about 7 minutes. Now most would not wait for this. I know as a pizza expert. Well kind of. But I was told the dough, ingredients, literally everything was made from scratch. As a former manger of a small yet great bakery that said QUALITY. Let me tell you, I worked a lot of dough and it is not easy at this altitude. So after the nice guy started making my pizza, he not only directed l me to the bar inside he told me he would bring me the pizza and no need to wait. And so my taste bud adventure begins. With beer in hand the pizza is delivered to me inside hot and looking nothing but delicious. I had jalapeno, pepperoni. Basically the works! At first glance I was beyond over the moon. I jumped right in. First thing I noticed was the Mozzarella cheese. Picking up a slice pizza the mozzarella extended about a foot. Quality! The mesh of the cheeses, homemade sauce and amazingly fresh toppings was jaw dropping. When he brought me the pizza he told me he worked to make it extremely delicious and beauty for me because of our talk. But dont worry they will do the same for you. How can you go wrong? Fresh ingredients, homemade dough, and a wood fire oven. I wish I could have one right now. Probably two. If you find this food truck dont even question grabbing a personal pie. Wonderful people and over the top pizza. I may have to go back to Jurassic World just for the pizza. An hour drive for me. Worth it all the way! The only flaw was that I didnt take a picture! ”
“ I cant speak highly enough of this team and their amazing product! We were introduced to them in June 2021 and instantly fell in love with their pizza, their team, and their professionalism! We knew within seconds we wanted them to be a part of our wedding, and we just had to figure out how. We ended up hiring them for our wedding dinner rehearsal, which we hosted at our house. Our backyard, family oriented, fun dinner rehearsal was everything we imaged and more! Simply Pizza came early to set up and I didnt have to lift a finger! They backed into our driveway, started up their ovens, and served our guests slice after slice until everyone was vocally saying I want another slice, but my stomach wont let me!. It was perfect! On top of their amazing pizza, we also decided to hire them as our bartender to ensure no one was over pouring themselves or spilling red wine on our white carpet, and it was the perfect addition to the night! Their bartending staff was welcoming, helpful, and I again didnt have to do a thing! They took care of everything! I truly cant imagine a better, more professional, friendly, loving team to work with for any large event, not to mention their pizza is phenomenal! We continue to rave about how hiring Simply Pizza Truck was the best decision we made in regards to our big day minus marrying each other!! P.S. My husband is already begging me to hire Simply Pizza again for our 1 year anniversary! ”
